Upper Makefield Township

Notice is given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County Pennsylvania, will continue a public hearing at the Township Building, 1076 Eagle Road, Newtown, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the Application of Crossing Vineyards and Winery, Inc., 1849 Wrightstown Road, Washington Crossing, PA, 18977, regarding Tax Parcel Nos 47-9-85, 47-9-85-1, 47-9-85-3 and 47-9-89 which are collectively located at the address of the Applicants above and developed as the Crossing Vineyards.

The Applicant has filed an appeal from a Zoning Enforcement Notice issued by the Upper Makefield Township Zoning Office requiring the cessation of activities and events that occur on the subject property that are not permitted by §803.H-17.c and d (1) and (4) of the Newtown Area Joint Municipal Zoning Ordinance and that the number of such events or activities exceed those permitted by §803.H-17.d.4.c and extend later than allowed by §4.d thereof. The subject property is located in the CM – Conservation Management District of Upper Makefield Township.
